You can return the products within 30 days of placing the order(excluding bulk orders). The amount will be refunded after the product has been collected. After 30 days, you will not be allowed to create a return request Refund will be processed only in case of successful order cancellation. In case the request for order cancellation is approved, we can provide a refund within 7 days from the date of approval.
If paid by debit/credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of Razorpay payments refund will be made to the same account.
If the item is already shipped, any refund will be processed only on receipt of the physical item for which return has been initiated. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email within 7 working days to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are refundable only in case of pre-approval on a case-to-case basis. openiq may choose to deduct the cost of return shipping from the refund amount, depending upon the nature of such request.
